1. Delivery & Installation

Our delivery schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (exclude holiday).

We offer deliver and installation in Klang Valley area as below:

  1. Kuala Lumpur
  2. Shah Alam / Setia Alam  / Kota Kemuning
  3. Subang / Sunway / USJ
  4. Petaling Jaya
  5. Bangsar
  6. Ampang / Cheras / Balakong / Serdang
  7. Sungai Buloh / Rawang
  8. Kepong / Sentul / Batu Caves / Selayang
  9. Puchong / Klang / Meru

If your office and house’s address is out of our many local delivery areas. We can ship directly to individuals, and not require pick up your order at our collection point. Please Call or whatsapp (Jason: +6013 700 1600) us to get more information about delivery fee with us.

All Customers from all the locations within Malaysia are able to have the Shipping options, But your order of delivery cost need to bear by your own. Please Call or whatsapp (Jason: +6013 700 1600) us to get more information about delivery fee with us.

** We will Charge Moving up Fee of the total amount 10% for Moving up to Second Floors with stairs. The total amount 15% Moving up Fee for Moving up to Third Floors with stairs.  The total amount 20% Moving up Fee for Moving up to Forth Floors (MAX) with stairs and our max Moving Up till Forth Floor with Stairs Only [Ground, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor & 4th Floor Only].

eg. We will Charge RM 60.00 per trip for delivery and installation in Kajang, Semenyih, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Bangi (Ground Floor and First Floor only)

 

2. How can I get free delivery?

Place a qualifying order of RM 600 or more with Office Furnitures Malaysia, and if you’re in one of our many local delivery areas (Klang Valley), your delivery and installation will be FREE (Ground Floor and First Floor only).

(Minimum purchase required is calculated after discounts and before taxes are applied.)

** We will extra charge the moving fee to Upper Floors without Elevator or lift, Please Call or whatsapp (Jason: +6013 700 1600) us to request about delivery information with us. 

** We will Charge RM 60.00 for delivery and installation in Kajang, Semenyih, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Bangi (Ground Floor and First Floor only)

 

3. When will my order arrive?

  • Many items are available for 5-10 business days delivery normally. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date on your quotation or invoice when you place your order. please call our Sale Representative.
  • Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed online or via phone by 4:00 p.m. local time, in most locations, when credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 4:00 p.m.
  • Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Delivery times are subject to holiday delivery schedules, inclement weather and acts of nature.
  • Our company policy is first come first serve. we will deliver your order early if customer cancel the delivery schedule and request for late delivery.
  • Customer can not set time for deliver schedule of their order since our delivery schedule is really tight and unpredictable issue as traffic, weather, installation issue and permit application.
  • Our delivery department will Contact you 1-2 days before for delivery schedule arrangement.

4. Can I set a delivery date and time for delivery schedule?

Yes. you can use our Preferred Delivery Services.

Preferred Delivery Services – It can set a delivery date and time for delivery schedule from Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Preferred Delivery Services will charge RM 1,000.00 per trip (our many local delivery areas in Klang Valley) if your order below RM 5,000.00. We will charge the total amount 10% of Preferred Delivery Service if your order amount is over RM 5,001.00

We will allocate a lorry & 2 installer for Preferred Delivery Service’s customer only

** Appointment can be set once the goods are ready for delivery

5. Do you assemble furniture items?

Office Furnitures Malaysia has offer free installation service available to you during normal business hours.

 

6. What shipping method do you use?

  • Light Item – Poslaju, EMS, Normal Post, Skynet, GDex, City-link, or others courier services.
  • Furniture – Lorry Truck.

How Store Pickup Works?

Place your order online and pick it up at our Warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

    1. Choose own pickup & collection option when placing your order
    2. We’ll process your order for own pickup & collection option when your payment is done
    3. We’ll confirm your order by emailing you when it’s ready within 3-5 working days
    4. Our Warehouse department will Contact you when items are ready for own collection schedule arrangement.
    5. Pick it up at our warehouse’s pickup desk and show a valid photo I.C that matches the name on the order

 

What time can I collect my order at our Marketing Office’s small warehouse in Shah Alam?

Own Collection & Own installation Customers (For Malaysia and other countries). Our collection schedule is Mon-Fri (10am to 12pm – 1pm to 5pm). To confirm opening hours, you can contact our Warehouse & Delivery department directly.

How will I know when my order is ready to be collected?

We’ll be in touch by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from Our our Warehouse & Delivery department. you can check and contact our Warehouse & Delivery department about own collection schedule directly with Ms Hana +(6016) 696 9400.

 

How long will the warehouse hold my order?

Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, the warehouse can hold your order for 30 days.

 

What if I don’t collect my order?

If you don’t collect your order before the final date for collection, we’ll charge 10% of the order total amount per month and will send you an email for storage fee bill.

 

What do I need to bring in warehouse to collect?

When you collect your order, be sure to bring your ‘Ready To Collect’ email or SMS notification with your invoice.  If you are unable to show either of these and you have been notified we will need to see photo IC that matches the name on the order.

 

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes – just forward on your ‘Ready to Collect’ email or SMS for them to show when they are in warehouse as proof of purchase. They’ll need to sign for your order, and we’ll send you an email to confirm that the order has been collected.

 

Where do I go in warehouse to collect my order?

Just head to the counter, and any of our team members will be able to help you with your collection.
